Best ocean kayak tour in Manuel Antonio. We took the kayaks around the coast of Manuel Antonio and stopped at a local reef to do snorkeling, the tour guide provided us with the snorkeling equipment.

This is a true kayak nature experience! We saw a ton of monkeys, birds, and lizards. The mangrove is a beautiful place.

Loved kayaking near shore. We were lucky that the weather allowed for such a beautiful sunset, really could not have asked for a better time. I might have seen 4 or 6 different types of fish while snorkeling, the visibility was good and our guide gave us a clean mask and flippers.

Snorkeling in the morning was a highlight of our trip. The kayaks provided a great workout, definitely recommend for those who want a tour where you can get active. Really appreciate the snacks and water that was provided. Saw the entire coast of Manuel Antonio and a few beaches. Fun experience.

This was a great tour with a great guide and lots of wildlife. We drove directly to the location, was about 15 minutes from Quepos. We saw many white face monkeys and several birds. The mangrove is very beautiful, nice breeze and no waves. Kayaks were easy to use and in great condition. I give this tour 5 stars, definitely recommend.

We spotted many monkeys while kayaking in the mangrove, a highlight of our vacation to Costa Rica. Pick up at our hotel was on time. Friendly staff. Our guide was the best, definitely kept us engaged. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and fun guide! Best outdoor activity we did in Manuel Antonio. We reserved half day mangrove kayaking tour for the afternoon time, monkeys everywhere, it’s a very scenic area with trees all around. Food was very tasty, local Costa Rican meal. The kayaks are in great condition and easy to use.Great all around experience.

Took the family mangrove kayaking to see wildlife and we were not disappointed. The tour guide was friendly and fun to be around. We saw white face monkeys, a sloth and a variety of birds. Fun activity to do that’s outdoor, plus a great workout to be on the kayak.

Booked half day mangrove kayak tour and it was one of the top adventures during our stay in Manuel Antonio. Lots of wildlife and it’s a great place for beginners as there are no waves. Highly recommend this tour.

For those interested in seeing more wildlife, the Mangrove Kayak is the best option because the Estuary of Damas Island which is where the kayak tour takes place, is filled with a wide variety of animals such as the such as the white-faced monkeys, anteaters, boa constrictors, iguanas, crocodiles, turtles, crabs, and countless number of bird species.

The departure time varies because this depends on the tide. You can send us an email asking for the departure time for your selected date and we can provide you with the exact time that the Mangrove Kayak Tour would begin.

Price Per Person For Mangrove Kayak Tour

The price is $65 per person and this is for the regular shared kayak adventure, we also provide private kayak tours in the Mangrove but this depends on the size of the group, so it is best to send us an email.

The tour is around 3 hours and 30 minutes. Included is Transportation, professional kayak equipment, naturalist guide, bottles of water, Typical meal and drinks after the tour.

Minimum age is 4 years.

It is recommended that people a hat, insect repellent, camera and sun screen.

Ocean Kayak - Snorkeling & Beautiful Coastal Views

The ocean kayak tour is a wonderful adventure for those who enjoy snorkeling as you get the opportunity to visit the famous reef in Playa Biezans which has a wide variety of small species to see while you are snorkeling.

The views are really breath taking of the entire coast of Manuel Antonio and you also get to see some wildlife.

Price Per Person For Ocean Kayak Tour

This tour is around 4 hours and the minimum age is 6. The price is $65 per person.

Included in the ocean kayak tour is the kayaking & snorkeling equipment, professional bilingual guides, round trip transportation from Manuel Antonio or Quepos, water and snacks during the tour.

Departure times are 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
